Absolutely. The celebrations you see on our website are just a starting point. Whether you're planning a proposal, birthday, anniversary, private dinner or something completely your own, tell us what you're imagining and we'll see how we can bring it to life.

Where does Kokoro create experiences?

We're based in Costa Rica's Central Pacific, with a special connection to Manuel Antonio and the surrounding areas. Depending on your celebration, we can help you find the right setting and local partners.

Can I customize my experience?

Absolutely. We don't believe celebrations should feel one-size-fits-all. We'll build around what matters to you — the people, the occasion, the atmosphere and the little details.

How many people can you accommodate?

It depends on the type of celebration. Our Kokoro Picnic Experiences are designed for intimate groups of up to 8 guests, while our Event Planning Service is designed for celebrations of up to 45 guests.

Can you help me if I'm planning from outside Costa Rica?

Absolutely.

You don't have to figure everything out from afar. We'll help you understand your options, recommend local places and vendors when needed, and guide you through the details before you arrive.

What does Kokoro take care of?

It depends on your celebration, but our role is to take care of the details that bring everything together — from the setting and styling to food, vendors and coordination when needed.

How far in advance should I book?

It depends on the type and size of your celebration, but we recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weddings and celebrations that involve multiple vendors.

What happens after I contact Kokoro?

First, we'll get to know a little about you and what you're planning. From there, we'll talk through your ideas, recommend the best option for your celebration and, if it feels like a good fit, start planning together.
